To reconfigure and renovate the ground floor of a Victorian home in Devon. The existing layout needed to be reconsidered to suit a food-loving family with a love of history and the outdoors. The scheme reflects their appreciation of craft and design and sits comfortably alongside the age of the house.

These two elements, so symbiotically linked, were a striking metaphor for our clients <em>and form the basis for the interior scheme</em>. The historical family house—perched romantically on the brow of a hill—looks down to the sea and the headland beyond.
